Design Phase
As part of our agreement, we will create for you a websites that is professional, striking, effective and a worthy representation of your business. Only a remarkable website can represent the passion and dedication with which you built your business.
We are often asked what makes a good website design. Is it the applied creativity, the use of colours, a minimalist approach or the impressive use of technology? While all of these elements play a role, the prime measure for how well a website is designed, is the extent to which it satisfies your business goals and the needs of your users. A well designed website will ensure user satisfaction as well as satisfying your goals; namely, to attract and then convert visitors to customers. The process of designing a remarkable, effective and user centric website is comprised of the following steps;
Conceptual design
The requirements as established in the Strategise Phase are converted into a focused model during this step.
Information and Content design
It is important your compelling offer or “Perfect Pitch” as established during the Strategy Phase is clearly communicated as the central theme of your website. Writing content for your website is an art that needs to satisfy your users need for clear concise information while also considering key-words that can be identified by search engines.
Interaction design
Your website needs to convert visitors to customers without irritating them. A “call to action” button strategically placed and with enough motivation to get your visitor to leave their details, can significantly improve the success of your online ventures if it is integrated to an e-mail marketing system.
Visual design
In this phase, we produce up to three design concepts which visually represent the research and analysis conducted during the user interaction phase. Our visual design forms an integral component of the usability framework, reflecting both your business and user objectives.
Development stage
This is the final stage where design considerations are converted to reality. During this stage the Content Management System (CMS) and other components like hosting and training will be finalised.
